What is Expected of You:
Success Coaching are for people who are ready, willing and able to initiate change and follow through with recommendations, otherwise, success will be limited.
Ask yourself the following questions:
Are you able to identify specific areas of concern?
Are you able to commit to a minimum of 1 hour per day toward your goals?
Are you able to identify your needs and what’s missing in your current situation?
Are you able to identify immediate and long term goals?
Are you able to identify strengths, resources and assets?
Are you able to identify stumbling blocks and obstacles?

Life Coaching is done over the phone, through MSN Messenger and e-mail. See Full Description Below:
MSN Messenger Coaching
MSN messenger is a very focused and productive means to assess and tackle problems, generate new ideas and get a plan in actions. Each of these sessions is 50 minutes long. You will need to set up an account on MSN messenger and e-mail me your user name before we can get started. You will be assigned your own private User Code provided on the Disclosure Statement to help protect your privacy and confidentiality, although it is not guaranteed through MSN Messenger.
Phone Coaching
Phone coaching is a primarily used for specific issues, support, guidance and feedback. You will be prepared for each session with the topic you desire to work on and together we will facilitate opportunities for change. To ensure privacy I will use a land-line in the privacy in my office and it is requested that you do the same, as the use of cell phones doesn’t guarantee confidentiality. You will be assigned your own private User Code provided on the Disclosure Statement to help protect your privacy and confidentiality. The sessions can be as short as 20 minutes or a full 50 minutes.
E-Mail Coaching
With E-Mail services you will be responsible for sending an email to me from my web site (to ensure privacy) with your issues, concerns and/or problems you desire to work on at this time. I will then respond to your requests within 24 hours unless otherwise notified or if your request was sent after normal business hours. You will be assigned your own private User Code provided on the Disclosure Statement to help protect your privacy and confidentiality. All e-mail correspondence will be printed and place in your file which is kept behind 2 locked doors and then deleted from my system
