 Counseling Services Tracy is a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor. She has an office in the Historic District of Statesville, North Carolina. If you live in the area and are interested in traditional face to face counseling or any other services you may set up an appointment to meet with Tracy in her office, by phone or e-mail. Traditional Face to Face counseling is covered by most major medical insurance policies. Tracy is a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Carolina Behavioral Health, Magellan, Primary Physicians and Medicaid. Please contact your insurance company to find out your personal benefits for outpatient mental health services. Tracy is certified by Ready Minds www.readyminds.com to provide remote & distant counseling to all consumers. This is an easy and convenient way for you receive counseling in the comfort of your own home, while traveling, on your lunch break, just about anywhere that you have private access to a phone or computer. This service is not covered by medical insurance and full fee payment is necessary. See a Description of Remote & Distance Services below: MSN Messenger Counseling MSN messenger is a very focused and productive means to tackle problems and old patterns of distorted thoughts and behaviors. Each of these sessions is 50 minutes long. You will need to set up an account on MSN messenger and e-mail Tracy your user name before getting started. Once you have read, signed and returned the Consent Form and purchased services you will be assigned your own private User Code provided to help protect your privacy and confidentiality, although it is not guaranteed through MSN Messenger.All messenger correspondence will be printed and place in your file which is kept behind 2 locked doors and then deleted from my system. Phone Counseling Phone counseling is a primarily used for specific issues, support, guidance and feedback. You will be prepared for each session with the topic you desire to work on and Tracy will facilitate opportunities for change. To ensure privacy a land-line in the privacy Tracy's office will be used, and it is requested that you do the same, as the use of cell phones doesn’t guarantee confidentiality. Once you have read, signed and returned the Consent Form and purchased services you will be assigned your own private User Code provided to help protect your privacy and confidentiality. The sessions can be as short as 20 minutes or a full 50 minutes. E-Mail Counseling & Coaching With E-Mail services you will be responsible for sending an email to Tracy through this web site (to ensure privacy) with your issues, concerns and/or problems you desire to work on at this time. She will respond to your requests within 24 hours unless otherwise notified, or if your request was sent after normal business hours. Once you have read, signed and returned the Consent Form and purchased services you will be assigned your own private User Code provided to help protect your privacy and confidentiality. All e-mail correspondence will be printed and place in your file which is kept behind 2 locked doors and then deleted from my system. |
